This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund for products and services acquired from Microfidelity or through our partners and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Services").
General Terms
The following general terms apply to all refund-eligible Services. Additional terms may apply to specific products or services, as outlined below.
1. One Refund Per Service
Each Service is eligible for only one refund request.
2. Service Cancellation
Services must be canceled before a refund can be processed.
3. Trademark Infringement
No refunds will be issued for domains involved in trademark infringement allegations or proceedings.
4. Suspended or Terminated Services
Refunds are not available for Services that are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our terms.
5. Free Domain Promotions
If your purchased Service includes free domain registration as part of a promotion or sale, the standard domain price will be deducted from the refund amount upon cancellation. If the refund amount is less than the standard domain price, you must either pay the difference or forfeit the domain. Ownership of forfeited domains will revert to Microfidelity.
6. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in U.S. dollars. Microfidelity is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the payment date and the refund date.
7. Refund Methods
Refunds are credited to your Microfidelity account balance unless you request otherwise.
Purchases made using account funds can only be refunded as account credit.
Refunds for payments made by credit card or PayPal may be issued to the original payment method.
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Any processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Special Terms
Domain Name Registration
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees for domain name registrations and related services are non-refundable, in whole or part, even if the domain is suspended, canceled, or transferred before the end of the registration term.
2. New Domain Registrations
New domain registrations may be eligible for a refund, solely at Microfidelity’s discretion, if canceled for a valid reason within five days (120 hours) of registration. However, some domains may not qualify for refunds due to registry-imposed restrictions.
3. Aftermarket Domains and Premium Domains
Fees for Aftermarket Domains are non-refundable unless the registration is rejected or canceled by Microfidelity, the registry, or the third-party seller.
No refunds are available for fees paid for the Microfidelity Aftermarket subscription or Premium Domains.
4. Pre-Orders, Early Access, and Related Services
Fees for Pre-Orders, Sunrise or Landrush periods, participation in Early Access Programs, and related services are non-refundable.
5. Failed Transfers
If a domain transfer to Microfidelity is unsuccessful, any fees paid will be automatically refunded as account credit.
Domain Name Renewal
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Fees for domain renewals and related services are non-refundable, in whole or part, even if the domain is suspended, canceled, or transferred before the end of the registration term.
2. Refund Eligibility for Renewals
Refunds for domain renewals may be granted at Microfidelity’s discretion if the renewal is canceled for a valid reason within five days (120 hours) of the renewal date for most TLDs. Some renewals are excluded due to registry restrictions.
3. Non-Cancelable Renewals
Renewals for the following TLDs (including associated second-level domains) cannot be canceled or refunded:

Web Hosting
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise specified, all fees for Web Hosting and related services are non-refundable, even if the hosting services are suspended or terminated before the end of the current contract term.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Refunds for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting plans may be granted at Microfidelity’s sole discretion if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is only available for first-time purchases of eligible hosting plans.
3. Renewals
Hosting renewals may be refundable if canceled within 48 hours of renewal. In some cases, a prorated refund may be issued at Microfidelity’s discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Additional features, services, or upgrades added to hosting packages at extra cost.
Fees for domain name registrations associated with hosting packages.
Private Email Hosting
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Fees for Private Email Hosting and related services are non-refundable, even if the services are suspended or terminated before the end of the contract term.
2. 7-Day Refund Period
Refunds for new purchases or renewals of Private Email Hosting may be granted if canceled within seven days of the charge and for a valid reason.
SSL Certificates
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Fees for SSL Certificates and additional domains (SANs) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for an SSL refund:
The SSL must be in the "New," "Renewal," or "Pending" status, and a refund request must be made within 90 days of purchase.
For "Active" or "Installed" SSLs, refund requests must be made within 15 days of the status change.
3.Additional Domains (SANs)
Refunds for additional domains purchased for multi-domain SSL certificates are available only if the SAN is unused and the request is made within 90 days of purchase.
4. Refund Form
Approved refunds for SSL Certificates and SANs will be issued as account credits.
Premium DNS
1. Non-Refundable Fees
Fees for Premium DNS services are non-refundable, even if canceled, suspended, or transferred before the end of the contract term.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for Premium DNS services may be granted at Microfidelity’s sole discretion if canceled within five days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Upgrades or downgrades for email or hosting plans.
Transfers or renewals of domain name registrations.
Fees for recovery or reactivation of domain names.
Any services purchased at a reduced fee or as part of a promotion.
Fees paid for non-service-related support provided by Microfidelity.
Refund Requests
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please submit a support ticket through our Help Center. Your request should include:
1. Confirmation that you have read and understood our Refund Policy.
2. A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
3. Transaction details such as your Microfidelity account username, transaction ID, domain name, and purchase date.
Once your request is received, our team will review it and may ask for additional details. Timely responses to our inquiries are required to keep the process moving.
